Due to the nature of skincare products and for health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of products that have been opened, used or unsealed, where applicable.

Products must be handled with care and returned in their original condition where a return is accepted.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide:

• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging, where applicable

We will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate resolution.
